Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
Processing does not take place on Sundays or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free shipping on all orders, pan India.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, pay 25% now and the rest at delivery, there are no additional shipping charges for partial COD orders

Delivery Timeline

Our delivery timeframes are as follows:

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery pincode and courier partner availability.

Once your order is shipped, delivery speed is dependent on our courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking link via SMS/Email, and

Access to live tracking under the “My Orders” section of our website

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after the package is handed over to the courier partner.

Shipping Restrictions & Delays

We work with reliable courier partners, but certain situations may cause delays:

High order volume

Extreme weather conditions

Operational delays from courier partners

Festivals, public holidays, or sale periods

If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will assist you.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Not being available at the time of delivery

Courier attempts being missed

Then the order will return to origin, and a ₹ 100 RTO charge will be deducted for shipping from the refunded amount

Returns & Exchanges (Short Overview)

We offer an easy 7-day return/exchange policy.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
