Return Policy

We offer a 7 working day return policy. You can request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Return value will only be issued as a credit note (store credit), valid for 1 year. Cash or bank refunds are not available.

 

Items must be:
Unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact
In original packaging
Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
To request a return, please email: info@thefo.in with product images, packaging, and tags.

Once approved, you must ship the product back within 7 working days. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Note:

Our courier partner will pick up the product (free of charge) within 7–10 business days.
Pickup will be attempted only once. If canceled by customer, a ₹150 re-pickup charge will apply.
Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

You may exchange your order for:

The same product (different size, if applicable)
A different product (subject to availability)
All exchange requests follow the same condition rules as returns.
Reverse logistics / pickup charges for exchange: ₹150 (paid by customer).


Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on personalized name products.
If your product fades within 6 months, we will replace it free of charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds to original payment method are not available.
All refunds will be issued as store credit (valid for 1 year).

For COD/Prepaid orders:

Once delivered, no refund will be offered.
You may request an exchange or opt for store credit.

Shipment Policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding national holidays).
Shipping is free of cost for all orders, regardless of cart value.
Tracking is available under ‘My Orders’ on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.


If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order:

Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after the product returns to us.
For sale orders or orders with a coupon code applied, a store credit will be issued instead.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation.


Return & Exchange – Quick Process Guide

Go to ‘My Account’ ‘My Orders’.
Select your order Click Return/Exchange Request.
Fill necessary details & submit.
Email product pictures with packaging & tags to info@thefo.in.
Once approved, courier pickup will be arranged (or you may self-ship).
Receive confirmation of store credit / exchange processing.
