Exchange Policy
We currently do not directly offer exchanges on any orders. If a customer wishes to change the size,Β colour, or product, the original order must be returned and a fresh order placed.

Return & Refund Policy
- We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery
- We thoroughly inspect all our products prior to dispatch. A βΉ 90 return handling and reverse shipping fee (redeemable) will be deducted from the refund amount for all customer-initiated returns. In the event of an incorrect size or colour, damaged or different product being delivered, no return handling or shipping fee will be charged.
- The βΉ90 return handling fee is redeemable on your next order via a unique one-time discount code which will be shared with you when you initiate the return.
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund (after deduction of βΉ 90) will be processed to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- There is no stains, odors, or damages caused by the customer.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item (wrong print, damaged item, or wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and the unpacking video. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no return fee.
- Made-to-order products, Super Saver/Combo Packs, flash sale items.

Cash On Delivery Policy:
At present, we offer partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Pay 25% now and the remaining on delivery. In the event of an uncollected order returned to origin, a βΉ 90 return handling and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund of the remaining amount will be immediately processed on receiving the returned order.Β

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of placing your orderβplease email info@thefo.in with your request. After the 3-hour grace period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

Additional Terms
Communication must remain respectful and professional; abusive behaviour will result in termination of support services.
Customer errors (incorrect size, colour, or product) will be handled professionally, but abusive conduct is not tolerated.
All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts only.
